Property Type: CKathryn is our beautiful Villa in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It has 3 bedrooms, with the 3rd room doubling as a study. We have a tourist license (VV) to accommodate 4 people.

Highlights:

Great location. A car is not necessary as as it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, 6 minute walk to two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, and 20 minutes along the stunning coastal path to the marina, with its shops, markets, bars, restaurants and nightlife.

Spacious. The three bedrooms are spacious and have been set up as two doubles and a twin. The twin room doubles as a study and has a desk and comfortable office chair (ideal for the digital nomad!). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen, and outside is a large table, patio area and garden.

Entertainment. There is heated swimming pool, fast WiFi, multi-language TV package including films and sports and a selection of games and books.

Well equipped. The bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a well equipped kitchen, large garden with outside BBQ, sun loungers, inside and outside dining areas and off-street parking.

Facilities. Washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. There is also a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and hair dryer.

Clean. You will get towels (including for the sunbed) and linen that are replaced every 7 days, and a weekly maid clean (for stays over 12 nights).

The rental includes a welcome pack, and if you need it cot, high chair and stair gate.

Suitability

Children welcome, but you will need to be vigilant around the pool and stairs.

Sorry but: non-smoking only, no pets, or hen / stag or similar parties.

Due to our spiral staircase and lack of downstairs bedroom / shower, the apartment is wheelchair inaccessible.
