Property Type: Casa Kathryn is our beautiful 3-bedroom Villa in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

Highlights:

Great location. A car is not necessary as as it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, 6 minute walk to two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, and 20 minutes along the stunning coastal path to the marina, with its shops, markets, bars, restaurants and nightlife.

Spacious. Three double bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6, heated swimming pool, a well equipped kitchen, large garden with outside BBQ, sun loungers and off-street parking.

Entertainment. Fast Wi-Fi, full multi-language TV package including films and sports and a selection of games and books.

Well equipped. Washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Clean. You will get towels (including for the sunbed) and linen that are replaced every 10 days, and a weekly maid clean (for stays over 14 nights).

The rental includes a welcome pack, and if you need it cot, high chair and stair gate.

Sorry but: non-smoking only, no pets or hen / stag or similar parties.

Due to our spiral staircase and lack of downstairs bedroom/shower, the apartment is wheelchair inaccessible.

Lanzarote has many attractions to suit all tastes including the volcanic Timanfaya National Park, the Cactus Garden, the Jameos del Agua and the Caves of Los Verdes.

You can explore bays, churches, duty free shops, marina, a naturist beach (optional!), playgrounds, recreation centres, reefs, diving & scuba diving, restaurants, the water park, winery tours and the list goes on!
